Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old. If you use Stashling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

These Terms do not take away rights that consumer-protection law gives you and that cannot be waived — including in the EEA, UK, and Türkiye.

Stashling lets you save TikTok and Instagram posts you choose, turns them into structured cards, and lets you search, organize, share collections, and chat with those saves. YouTube and other platforms are not supported unless we say so in the app.

We may change, limit, or discontinue features. Free-tier limits on new saves and chat turns, and which features need Pro (for example web search in chat and creating or joining shared collections), are shown in the app. Limits reset on the calendar month in UTC.

Stashling requires a network connection. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You can sign in with Apple, Google, email and password, or an email magic link. You are responsible for the account and for keeping your credentials and device access under control.

In the current version, different sign-in methods are not automatically linked. Using Google after signing up with email on the same address may create a second account.

Provide accurate information. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

Stashling is offered as a free “Starter stash” with usage limits, and as paid auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock Pro (sold in the app as Pocket stash monthly and Deep stash yearly, or the names Apple shows in the paywall). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. We do not take card numbers. Restore Purchases is in Profile.

Price and duration are what Apple displays at purchase for your storefront. We do not quote a single worldwide price in these Terms because it varies by country and tax.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or as Apple otherwise provides. Deleting the Stashling app or your Stashling account does not cancel the Apple subscription.

If Apple offers a free trial, unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription where Apple’s rules say so. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies, not by Bitss directly.

Pro is a digital service. Apple’s In-App Purchase rules apply. We do not sell Pro through a website checkout or ask you to pay outside the App Store.

You agree not to:

• Use Stashling to break the law, or to scrape, copy, or redistribute other people’s content in a way you are not allowed to
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as the law allows
• Probe other users’ accounts, or use another person’s account without permission
• Upload or share malware, or use Chat or collections to harass, exploit, or traffic in illegal material
• Circumvent free-tier or Pro limits, including by creating bulk throwaway accounts

We may rate-limit, refuse saves, or disable Chat when we need to protect the service or other users.

You keep whatever rights you already have in URLs and posts you save and in text you type in Chat. You grant Bitss a license to host, process, display, and create derivatives of that content only as needed to provide Stashling (including extraction, search, routing, nutrition lookup, research, and Chat).

You represent that you have the right to save the posts you submit and to share collections you share. Saved posts may include other people’s faces, voices, and names. You are responsible for that choice.

If you share a collection, members can see cards you add and each other’s profile fields (including email), and anyone with the invite link can see a preview. Do not share a collection if that is not acceptable. To report abusive shared content, email support@stashling.app with the collection or user ID.

We do not claim ownership of TikTok, Instagram, or other platforms’ content. Saving a post in Stashling does not give you extra rights in that post.

Card extraction and Chat use automated models. Titles, ingredients, addresses, product links, nutrition, research fields, and assistant replies can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything you rely on — especially cooking, travel, purchases, and health-related information.

Nutrition figures are estimates from public food databases, not medical or dietary advice. Research marks on a card mean we looked the field up on the open web, not that the original post stated it.

Chat may propose collection changes. Those changes run only after you confirm (Apply, or the confirmation alert for removals). Web search in Chat, when available on Pro, pulls current pages from the open web; we do not control those sites.

Stashling is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Google, Apple, or USDA. Opening a source post, Maps, or a web page is a visit to that service under its own terms. Apple’s App Store terms also apply to download and payment.

Stashling, the app, our trademarks, and our software belong to Bitss or our licensors. These Terms do not give you a license to copy the app, scrape the API, or use our marks except as needed to use the product.

Stashling is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Extracted cards, Chat, maps pins, and buy links are convenience features, not professional advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bitss is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for content you or others save. Our total liability for claims arising out of Stashling is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero) and (b) fifty US dollars — unless a non-waivable law says otherwise.

You may stop using Stashling at any time. Delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete Account (details are in the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close access if you breach these Terms or if we shut the service down.

Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Ankara have jurisdiction, except that you may bring a claim in the courts of your residence where consumer law gives you that right.

We will post updated Terms here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it. If you do not agree, stop using Stashling and request deletion of your account.
